Service implementation and ordering

To order the Telephone Subscription (WLR) service:

• sign the Telephone Service Contract (and the Telephone Service Terms & Conditions)
• sign the subscription order, pre-selection order, and a statement (the so-called WLR Order) which terminates your contract with TP S.A.

The WLR Order shall be transferred on your behalf to TP S.A., automatically terminating your contract with TP S.A.
