Functionality
Two user profiles: moderator and participant.
The moderator manages the virtual “conference room” and has access to additional functions, such as defining individual PINs for each user, closing/opening access to the conference room, moving users to separate sub-conference rooms, recording the conference, and making outgoing calls through the DTMF keypad and/or software application.
Features of the Teleconference Service:
- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls to/from the access number
- Protecting the teleconference with a four-digit PIN
- Blocking and unblocking the conference
- Muting
- Recording the conference
- Recording individual announcements
- Support for up to 50 participants per conference
The Teleconference Service enables you to easily and quickly respond to a changing situation or a crisis. It facilitates distributing and collecting information fast, which is particularly useful if the situation must be quickly discussed and assessed by many persons. Also, the service enables training, lectures or presentations to be provided for groups of users without physical presence of the presenter, as well as helps to develop competencies of remote employees.
