IP Telephony Service Level

GTS provides the IP Telephony service, guaranteeing the highest quality in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with three available variants. The SLA specifies the guaranteed monthly availability of the service, the time to repair (to the extent of qualified failures), and the GTS responsibility for non-compliance. Also, the SLA specifies in detail the Service Management Level which defines the conditions and scope of administrative works to be performed by GTS on the equipment and devices provided under the service.
