1. Internet Digital Telephony STANDARD
The STANDARD variant of the IDT service enables full hardware integration with a traditional PBX of the Customer. The Customer can make voice calls using the VoIP technology without the need to replace the infrastructure, but preserving all functionality of the existing PBX. This variant is also suitable for the Customers which have their own IP PBX connected through the Internet directly with a VoIP platform.

Service features:
- Full hardware integration – GTS shall deliver a network gateway supporting the BRI/PRI interfaces and thus enabling the traditional PBX to be connected to the VoIP network.
- Unified Messaging – free-of-charge team-communication services: Fax2Mail, Voice2Mail, IVR (voice announcements).
2. Internet Digital Telephony BUSINESS
The BUSINESS variant of the IDT service is a “virtual PBX” solution which provides the basic features typically provided by a PBX, but without the need to purchase the PBX hardware. In the basic version, GTS shall activate telephony accounts (SIP accounts) on the VoIP Platform, which together with the Customer’s IP phone provide a fully functional communications service. If the Customer does not have IP phones, GTS shall optionally deliver advanced, modern IP phones and equipment to integrate the existing traditional phones or fax devices.

Service features:
- Centrex – the IP phones are connected directly to the VoIP platform and it is not necessary to purchase expensive PBX hardware.
- Unified Messaging – free-of-charge team-communication services: Fax2Mail, Voice2Mail, IVR (voice announcements).
- Private short-number plan.
- Call forwarding according to predefined rules.
- Hunting Group – automatically finding an active user belonging to the defined group and forwarding the incoming call to such user.
- Scalability and flexibility – more IP phones can be easily added, with predictable costs.
- Managing from a Web-based panel.
