Quality of service

All the points of IP traffic exchange with domestic and international providers are maintained on the level that assures a permanent and fail-safe Internet access to our customers.

GTS does not apply overbooking (intentional decrease of the Internet transmission quality in order to reduce the load of links and interfaces to other providers). The availability and quality of the Internet band purchased by the customers is guaranteed within the access network as well as in the network backbone and in interfaces to other providers.
Additionally, GTS specifies very restrictive technical parameters of the network transmission – average packet loss ratio up to 0.5%, average packet latency up to 20 ms. As the provider of many communications services, GTS manages rich Web resources of its customers using Internet Data Center products. Numerous Web sites, such as Merlin.pl, Inteligo.pl, Home.pl are connected directly to the GTS IP network. Thus, these resources are available in the fastest and easiest way.
