Quality of service

The availability and quality of the Internet band purchased by the customers is guaranteed within the access network as well as in the network backbone and in interfaces to other providers.

Additionally, GTS specifies very restrictive technical parameters of the network transmission – average packet loss ratio up to 0.5%, average packet latency up to 20 ms. Exceeding the abovementioned values results in paying big damages.
