Service implementation

The service is launched after signing relevant documents, such as an Agreement, Technical Specifications, or an Order. The service’s parameters and features are described in the Order, under Service Features.

DSL Solution is delivered over a copper phone line. Therefore, it is also necessary to sign a declaration enabling delivering the service on a TP SA line used by the Customer under a separate subscription.

The DSL Solution service enables access to a corporate network based on the IP Solution service. Access is provided via asymmetric DSL lines, and leased network equipment (a router with an ADSL module), provided by GTS. Terminal VPN equipment on customer premises is fully managed and maintained by GTS.
