Functionality
The DSL Solution service provides access to a corporate network based on the IP Solution service. Access is provided via asymmetric DSL lines, and leased network equipment (a router with an ADSL module), provided by GTS. Terminal VPN equipment on customer premises is fully managed and maintained by GTS. Along with standard solutions, GTS also enables the customers to use routers with extra functionality (e.g. dynamic routing) or ports (ISDN, BRI, Wi-Fi).
Customers who require higher business continuity standards may secure their DSL line using a backup ISDN BRA line. This enables the network device to dial the IP Solution network in case of DSL line failure, which provides continuous access to company IT and information resources.
The alternative use of advanced routers enables a small WLAN network to be created in the DSL Solution location, which provides wireless access to the corporate network for office or branch employees.
DSL Solution ensures a secure and efficient data transfer between remote offices, with download speeds of up to 10 Mbps.
