Dedicated workplaces

• Office workplaces are prepared and equipped for the needs of a single, specific customer.

Shared workplaces 

• Office workplaces are prepared to meet the needs of a maximum of 4 customers.
  
  To ensure high quality of the service and suitable availability of the Backup Office for the duration of a disaster, GTS provides this service under the condition that the distance between customer’s offices sharing a single Backup Office exceeds 0.5 km (0.31 miles).
