GTS Poland Sp. z o. o. has won a public tender procedure for the delivery of data and voice transmission services in a WAN for the companies of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. The contract involves connecting 54 of the company’s locations across Poland and its gross value exceeds PLN 7 600 000.

The Industrial Pipelines Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. is a company of strategic importance for Poland’s economy and energy security. Its key task is to transport gas fuels via an industrial network across the whole country and deliver them to distribution networks and end customers connected to the industrial system.

In GTS we are very experienced in constructing wide area of networks in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe and we are excited about being able to use our skills to help GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. Our solution will streamline communication between all entities connected to WAN and will allow for a better monitoring of key parameters related to the flow of gas fuels in Poland”, says Piotr Sieluk, CEO of GTS Poland.

With the development of the wide area network (WAN,) GTS will be able to connect the companies of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. across Poland, including:

• the Company’s HQ,
• branch offices,
• offices of Regional Organisational Units,
• locations of Gas Pumping Stations, and
• locations of large gas grids, in particular grids with remote control functionalities.

In addition, GTS will provide Internet access services to two locations in Wrocławand Warsaw (ul.Mszczonowska).
