Responsibilities:
· 24/7/365 responsibility for whole process of outage resolving coordination of International Wholesale Customers.
· Provide the fastest restoration time in case of outages or service degradations.
· Network monitoring and diagnosing – physical and logical layers.
· SDH/DWDM/MetroEth – International Infrastructure.
· IP/MPLS – Core Network (Cisco, Juniper located); upstream and peering connections in GTS main interconnection point with other operators in Frankfurt and Vienna.
· Last miles – Microwave, copper lines, media converters, etc.
· Assistance to Front Desk tasks in extreme situations, to maintain proper communication flow with customers.
· International Wholesale Customers services proactive monitoring.
· Cooperation on engineering level with OFF-NET operators and International Wholesale Customers engineers.
· Cooperation with international operators.
· Monitoring & verification of planned works process.
· Commissioning of International circuits within international infrastructure.
· 1st level diagnose of access technologies where IWSC services are terminated.
Qualifications:
· Ability to work in English language on daily basis (very good written and oral communication skills)
· BSc/ MSc degree in Telecommunications or equivalent
· Solid problem solving, technical and analytical skills
· Team work player
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work on shifts nights/weekends/bank holidays if it is needed
